DELIVERY

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver worldwide and shipping is FREE*!

*Shipping for Filled Bean Bags outside of the EU or the US are subject to a 30 Euro Delivery Fee. Order the cover without filling to qualify for free shipping!

When will I get my order?

It takes 3-7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out and usually delivered within an average of 2-4 days (*please view our Covid-19 Update for possible delays in shipping). The delivery time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows*:

  • USA: 5-​10 business days
  • UK | Belgium | France | Germany | Netherlands | Denmark | Switzerland | Slovakia | Lithuania | Latvia: 5-12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

*Our current estimated shipping time in 1 week more than the maximum times stated above!

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide! Our items are produced and shipped from the location closest to you, both to support local labor, and to do our part in counteracting the carbon footprint caused by mass production and outsourced fashion.

If one of the items you ordered is only made in one location, your entire order will be switched to that location to reduce our carbon footprint when shipping your goodies to you! This could result in an increased chance of customs fees. Take advantage of our Free Shipping policy and do not hesitate to break up your order by country of origin to reduce customs!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise - I​f you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@sabaibeauty.co with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookupto make sure you get it right!

 

ORDERS

How are your products made?

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand supplier. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@sabaibeauty.co.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@sabaibeauty.co within 3 weeks (21 days) after the day you receive your goods, with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What does pre-order mean?

Items marked as pre-order are currently out-of-stock, and could take an average of 15-21 days to fulfil, instead of the usual 3-7 days, depending on availability. To avoid any delays in shipping with non pre-order items, we recommend to take advantage of our free-shipping policy and order those items separately!

 

RETURNS

What's your return policy?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sabaibeauty.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unless the item was wrong or damaged, returns must be posted to the return address specified on the package, within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. Please include a note with your name and your order number so we know it’s from you! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

For refunds, the proof of shipment will be required if the item does not arrive to the return address within 14 days after the initial delivery of the item. Customized goods are exempt from being returned unless faulty.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted (if applicable): 
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

All postage costs for returns must be covered by you. We recommend using a trackable postage service. That way you can make sure your gear is safely on its way to us!

The products are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure everything is packed securely. You may want to use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. Unfortunately, Sabai Beauty cannot be responsible for lost parcels being returned.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges for customized products, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@sabaibeauty.co within 3 weeks of receiving your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds or replacements will be offered to customers that receive the wrong items or misprinted/damaged/defective items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@sabaibeauty.co with photos of wrong/damaged items and as many details as possible, and we’ll sort that out for you. Any claims for wrong or misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Refunds for standard returns will be issued within 14 days of receiving your claim, pending evidence of return or arrival of items to the return address, within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
